- 30% LUMP – beautiful, meaty appearance
- 20% SPECIAL – mixes well throughout with lots of crab meat in every bite
- 40% CLAW – sweetest taste of all
This delicious mix results in crab cakes with premium taste and texture. However, don’t be afraid to also use this meat for omelets, pastas, salads, and more!
Black light inspected for a virtually shell-free product, this crabmeat is sealed and pasteurized to retain freshness. It keep unopened in the refrigerator for up to 12 months and once opened will keep for several days.
