It’s beloved for its thick white meat fillets, big flakes, and clean, mild taste that pleases every palate. Unlike the more delicately textured California halibut / flounder, Alaskan halibut is meaty enough to hold up to any cooking method. It’s extremely versatile and produces excellent results when grilled, baked, fried or pan seared. For your convenience, we’re offering this catch in 8 oz frozen and vacuum packed portions that we hand cut in house from fresh whole fish. Fish is skin off.
