Hawaiian Poke Mix

Noh Foods Original Hawaiian Poke Mix delivers the authentic poke flavor you’re craving! Comes complete with Hawaiian salt and real ogo seaweed direct from Hawaii. Simple ingredients, authentic flavor, easy to prepare – just add sushi grade fish and sesame oil! We recommend adding half of the dry seasonings in the packet to start. Mix everything together, taste it, and then add more to adjust to your liking. Ingredients: Hawaiian Salt, Seaweed, Chili Pepper Noh Foods Hawaiian-Style Poke Ingredients:

• 1 package NOH Poke Mix (0.4 oz.)
• 1 lb sushi grade fish (tuna, salmon, hamachi, etc)
• 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Directions:

1. Cut raw fish into 3⁄4” x 3⁄4” cubes.
2. Remove ogo (seaweed) from package and place in bowl.
3. Cover ogo with water and let stand 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove ogo from water and slice into 1⁄2” pieces.
5. Place cut fish in a bowl and sprinkle ogo over fish.
6. Add 2 teaspoons sesame oil and the Poke Mix, mix well and serve.
7. To enhance flavor and color, add chopped green onions. You can also add mayo and/or hot sauce to make it creamy and/or spicier!
