The delectable result is a soy sauce that offers hints of oak and a mild sweetness reminiscent of fine Kentucky bourbon.
Bluegrass Soy Sauce is all natural and preservative free, with less salt content than typical soy sauce. It’s also darker in color due to its thicker texture. Most importantly, it won’t overpower the flavor of delicate sashimi fish or sushi.
