- 1 pint heavy cream
- Zest of two lemons
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp uni, pureed until smooth
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of white pepper
How to Prepare:
- Using a cold bowl, whisk or whip heavy cream in a KitchenAid or with a handheld mixer until slightly thickened.
- Add remainder of ingredients and whip until soft/medium peaks form.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
