Dear Valued Customer,
As news of the coronavirus (COVID-19) evolves, we want to assure you that the health and safety of our customers, employees, and community are our top priority. In response to concerns about the spread of COVID-19, we are monitoring its progression and proactively taking preventative measures based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Along with our regular cleaning routines, an additional level of disinfecting is being done throughout every aspect of our facility, including our processing plant, packing departments and fish market. We’ve increased the frequency of our cleaning, with extra emphasis on high-touch areas such as restrooms and break rooms. Additionally, we’ve implemented an internal campaign to reinforce preventative measures each of us can take to help limit the spread of COVID-19. This includes employee meetings, flyers posted in high traffic areas and customer communications such as this. We also have hand sanitizer dispensers located at the entrance to our fish market, in our fish market, and throughout our warehouse near high traffic doorways.
As we continue to monitor any changes in guidelines issued by the CDC and/or local public health authorities, we encourage everyone to follow a common-sense approach in helping keep our community safe. Avoid close contact with people who are sick; clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects; wash hands often with soap and water; avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth; and stay home or keep children home if exhibiting flu-like symptoms.
In the meantime, we remain open and appreciate your business. To learn more, please refer to the CDC website: https://www.cdc.gov/covid19
