Traditional crab cake recipe featuring our Crab Cake Combo meat from Handy International. Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise
- 1.5 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg (slightly mixed)
- 8 oz Handy Crab Cake Combo
How to Prepare:
- Open Crab Cake Combo container, remove product and reserve lump meats
- Whisk together all ingredients except crab meat
- Fold in special / claw meat then reserved lump meat
- Form into 3 oz. cakes and refrigerate until firm
- Saute on each side until golden brown and serve
