By Rebecca Gardon

Catalina Offshore wild Mexican shrimpThere are countless varieties of shrimp in the marketplace, but our favorite comes from Baja California. May 10th happens to be National Shrimp Day, which we think is the perfect excuse to pick up some of this shrimp at our local fish market or online store.
