Weather Alerts & Possible Shipping Delays

Due to severe weather some shipping delays are beyond our control. Here’s what you can expect in the coming days…

A potent weather system moves into the West Coast early next week which will yield a significant winter storm across parts of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California. If you live in areas that are impacted by this weather, your shipping could be disrupted. Please be advised.

Snowfall: A general 1-3 feet of snow is likely across portions of the Sierra Nevada Mountains early Monday into early Tuesday above an elevation of about 5,000 feet. Isolated amounts of over 4 feet of snow will be possible across the highest of elevations (7,000 feet and upwards). Wind: Gusts of 50-70 mph likely from 5,000-7,000 feet along with gusts above 80+ above 7,000 feet. Highest elevations of 10,000+ feet may see wind gusts over 100 mph. This will bring the potential for blizzard conditions along with significant snow drifts. Travel: Will become very difficult to impossible at times. Multiple and extended closures of travel passes are likely.
