INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup white rice, cooked according to package directions
- 1.5 lb bag Aqua Star Butterfly Coconut Shrimp, cooked according to package directions
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
TO MAKE
Arrange cooked rice on a large plate and top with coconut shrimp. Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the shrimp and pour extra into a ramekin to serve on the side. Sprinkle the top of the shrimp and rice with the green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
