Not to be confused with the hybrid species farmed in fresh water ponds and lakes, our sashimi grade striped bass is responsibly farmed by Pacifico Aquaculture in Baja. It is a true open ocean-raised striped bass (Morone saxatilisa), a large fish also known in the wild as a striper due to the black stripes running along its silvery body.
