If & When Moroccan Preserved Meyer Lemon Paste is a great choice for tomato-based seafood dishes such as cioppino, shellfish in tomato, chili and garlic broth, or for any Mediterranean or Middle Eastern fish dishes.
Spread on meatier grilled or broiled fish like opah, swordfish, thresher shark and salmon, or shrimp and scallops. A little goes a long way and the longer it rests on fish, the stronger the flavor. If you find it’s a little too concentrated, mellow it out with some olive oil. You can also use this ingredient as a base for salad dressings and marinades!
