Bright. Crunchy. Unexpected. The Mustard is perhaps Cien Chiles’ most unique fixin. Inspired by the sun, this fresh blend is full of organic mustard seeds that pop and crunch, and provides a subtle heat.
Use as a marinade for swordfish, tuna, and other firm fish. For more delicate fish, like halibut, we recommend combining The Mustard with a bit of butter and making a pan sauce. We also love mixing it into canned tuna, using on grilled fish or shrimp tacos, or using it as a dipping sauce for poached or fried shrimp.
